Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the professional nature of our financial services, consultation fees and completed service fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
 

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Refund requests for prepaid services that have not yet started will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
 

Monthly service plans may be canceled according to the terms outlined in your service agreement.
